Before joining Jade Invest, Dayi managed AsiaBridge Partners, a private equity advisory boutique focused on China and Asia. Dayi advised, among others, SVB Capital on a wide range of issues relating to its fund of funds initiative, from outlining the overall investment strategy to due diligence and monitoring of underlying private equity funds.

Prior to AsiaBridge Partners, Dayi worked for Horsley Bridge Partners, a global private equity fund of funds manager with around $10 billion under management. While at Horsley Bridge Partners, Dayi undertook funds screening and due diligence and managed both the investment and monitoring processes of invested and prospect funds.

Previously, Dayi worked for Sybase Inc.,where he developed the corporate investment strategy and managed portfolio companies across Asia, and for Dun & Bradstreet as a Risk Management Advisor.

Dayi holds a BA in Economics from Nankai University and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
