Prior to co-founding Jade Invest, Ludvig was a strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he focused on commercial due diligence for private equity clients. Ludvig has experience with a wide range of China focused private equity investment consulting projects in sectors ranging from traditional industries to business services. Previous project experience ranges from a China cross border M&A apparel project and advising a major European engineering group on its China strategy, to a China focused private equity investment strategy consulting project for the government of Dubai.

Ludvig has spent over a decade in China working for both local and international firms including Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and the Swedish Consulate’s investment advisory department. Ludvig also has hands on entrepreneurial experience through his tenure with the Chinese private equity backed company Longshine, invested in by Goldman Sachs and Intel Capital and later sold to an international trade buyer.

Ludvig is fluent in Mandarin and holds a BA (Hons) in Mandarin and Management from SOAS and the London School of Economics, University of London.
