Before joining Jade Invest, Joseph was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked on a wide range of transaction and audit assignments. Previous project experience includes several HKSE main board and A-share market IPO projects as well as debt issuance and M&A.

Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Joseph co-founded Yesmeaning International, a translation services company for which he served as Finance Director.

Joseph also worked as a researcher at the Financial Engineering Department of Shenyin Wanguo Research and Consulting Co., one of China’s largest securities brokerage firms.

Joseph holds a BA in Financial Management from Fudan University.
