CHARLES XUE
Mr. Xue is one of China’s most experienced and successful private equity investors and entrepreneurs and is a co-founder and former Chairman of NASDAQ listed UTStarcom (UTSI), a global leader in IP access infrastructure products with annual revenues of more than $3 billion. During Mr. Xue’s management UTStarcom’s valuation increased 65 fold in only five years and attracted investment by, among other, Mr. Masayoshi of Softbank who made a private investment of around $100 million.

Mr. Xue is also Chairman and founder of 8848.net, China’s largest e-commerce portal, former Chairman of PRCEDU.com, one of the largest online education companies in China, member of the board of Industrial Wire & Cable, Inc., a NYSE listed company, co-founder and Chairman of e-Vue, an MPEG-4 multimedia technology and service company, Director of the Board of MediaChip, a leading provider of online rich-media advertisement services and co-founder of NASDAQ listed Techedge Inc., a developer, producer, and distributor of biopharmaceutical products in China.

Mr. Xue holds an MA from UCLA and Berkley, California and is a graduate of the Beijing Academy of Social Science Masters program.
