Dr. Ge is co- founder and managing director of Processwise Consultants Inc., a California based management consultancy with offices in Beijing and Shanghai advising private equity firms on operational due diligence and Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects.

Prior to co-founding Processwise Consultants Inc., Dr. Ge held various management positions in both Asia and the US including Longshine Information Technology, invested by Goldman Sachs and Intel Capital. Dr. Ge started his management consulting career in the US at AT Kearney where he specialized in strategic consulting, advising major multinational firms on their market entry, transfer pricing and global supplier strategies. In 1996, he moved to General Electric where he became program manager in its Corporate Initiatives Group, reporting to Senior Vice President and CIO, Gary Reiner and with a special focus on GE Capital, GE Medical Systems and GE Aircraft Engines. Dr. Ge was instrumental to GE Capital’s efforts to implement its Six Sigma Risk Management to its business ventures and financing activities across Asia.

Dr. Ge is trained as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Master of Science from Tsinghua University.
